The U.S. Embassy in Kampala, Uganda is seeking for Janitorial Services at both GSO Warehouses. The anticipated performance period is for a one-year base periods, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. ?? ? The Government intends to award a firm fixed contract resulting from this solicitation. ?The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date of which will be in the solicitation. The Government intends to award a firm fixed contract resulting from this solicitation to a service provider that conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
