The U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Türkiye intends to issue a future Request for Quotations for repair of approximately 25 linear meters of exterior concrete walkway at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence. The work includes removal of deteriorated concrete, surface preparation, repair or replacement, finishing, curing, and cleanup. This pre-solicitation notice does not constitute a request for quotations, and no quotes are being accepted at this time. The government anticipates a firm-fixed-price award based on lowest priced technically acceptable quotations and will coordinate a site visit with access limited to authorized participants. Performance will occur at the residence in Ankara, Türkiye; the future RFQ will state the quotation due date, performance schedule, and other terms.
