Dear Offeror, Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Apple iPhone 16 Pro smartphones with 256GB storage capacity in black color and Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapters for official use by Mission Türkiye. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. This acquisition will be conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 and in accordance with the brand name or equal requirements outlined in FAR 52.211-6. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quotation is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 (LPTA). Award may be made based on initial quotations without discussions, although the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if determined necessary. Quotations are due by Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025, on or before 3:00 p.m. (GMT +3 hrs.) No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
