The Embassy of the United States in Ankara, Türkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM,gov website when it is available. The U.S. Consulate General in Istanbul, Turkey has a requirement to renovate the existin closet into a United States, Americans with disabilities Act (U.S. ADA) compliant restroom – 165cm x 300cm. at one of the Consular Residences in Istanbul Turkey. The anticipated period of performance is a maximum of 21 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please be aware that the response date in this synopsis is not final; see the RFQ for the actual deadline. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without discussions. A pre-quotation conference is planned, and the solicitation will specify the date for this event. In accordance with FAR provision 52.207, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award.
