The equipment needed for this requirement involves cell phones imported and distributed by Apple Türkiye. Offerors must be authorized reseller agents of Apple Türkiye and be able to facilitate the purchase per the conditions set forth in this solicitation document. *** New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" cell phones. All cell phones must be covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. The proposal must include delivery to the Embassy warehouse in K?rkkonaklar, Ankara. Your quotation must be submitted in e-mail to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov on or before 1500 hours (EST+8) on May 31st, 2024, Friday. No quotation will be accepted after this date.

The U.S. Embassy in Ankara requires a contractor to supply "Cell Phones." The quoted prices should cover all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. Delivery must be made to the Embassy premises in Ankara. Payment to the contractor will be made upon the satisfactory completion of services and receipt of a proper invoice. The Government intends to issue a purchase order on a Net 30 term based on initial quotations, without holding discussions. However, it reserves the right to conduct discussions with companies within the competitive range if deemed necessary. Eligibility and Offer Submission: All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer, which will be considered. The offeror must be a legally recognized distributor or reseller of the products. The cell phones must be legally imported into Türkiye at the time of the offer; submissions for cell phones not currently in Türkiye will not be considered. The cell phones must support LTE bandwidths compatible with local service providers: Turk Telekom (Avea), Turkcell, Vodafone, etc. and must not be locked to a specific service provider. On delivery each cell phone’s IMEI number must be verified and accompanied by a printout from the BTK (Bilgi Teknolojileri Kurumu – Information Technologies and Communication Authority) database, accessible via https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/ Solicitation Issue Date: The Government anticipates issuing the solicitation no earlier than May 23rd, 2024, Thursday. This solicitation will be posted on the www.SAM.gov website. No paper copies will be distributed.
