The prices shall include all labor, materials, overhead and profit. Delivery of the required commodity is to be made to the American Embassy premises located in Ankara. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of delivery upon receipt of a proper invoice. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation no earlier than September 7th, 2023. This solicitation will be issued via the website of the Embassy of the United States in Ankara.
