Dear Prospective Offeror: The U.S. Consulate Adana invites you to submit a quotation for providing MSG Detachment Cook Services for the U.S. Consulate Adana. For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the information as required in Section 3, Solicitation Provisions and Section 5, Representations and Certifications of the solicitation. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the documents required at Addendum to 52.212-1. The U.S. Consulate Adana intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A site visit and pre-proposal conference will not be held. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation via email to Adana-Procurement@state.gov before 12:00 hours on Friday, May 16th, 2025. The U.S. Consulate Adana, Türkiye will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. No paper copies will be mailed. The contractor is required to provide MSG Detachment Cook Services for U.S. Consulate Adana. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with 1 (one) one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a Türkiye Branch Office located in Türkiye. The prices shall include all labor, materials and equipment, insurance, overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor at the satisfactory completion of monthly services upon receipt of a proper invoice. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type contract. The Government is not planning a site-visit and pre-quotation conference. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the solicitation for the actual date.
