The U.S. Consulate Adana will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when the solicitation is available. The contractor is required to provide Janitorial Services for real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Consulate Adana, Türkiye. The anticipated performance period is a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The responsible source shall be located or have a Türkiye Branch Office located in Türkiye. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The prices shall include all labor, materials, equipment, service, insurance, shipping, and handling, overhead, and profit. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be provided in the solicitation. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date: please refer to the solicitation for the actual date. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
