The U.S. Government seeks quotations for the installation and configuration of video conferencing equipment, with an award intended for the lowest-priced, acceptable offer from a responsible company. Quotations are due by July 13th, 2026, at 2pm, and must be submitted electronically in specific formats (MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF) with file sizes not exceeding 30MB. Offerors must email TUContractSollic@state.gov to obtain the list of installation locations, as no site visits will be scheduled. Required submissions include the SF-1449, pricing section, representations and certifications, IRS Form W-14, and proof of SAM registration. The government may award without discussions but reserves the right to hold them if necessary.

The U.S. Embassy in Tunis, Tunisia, will solicit bids for the installation and configuration of specialized equipment. The solicitation is not yet issued but will be posted on SAM.GOV when available. The contract will be a fixed-price award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror, potentially without discussions.
