The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year and one six-month option periods, if exercised by the Government. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in the solicitation. Please submit your proposal in a sealed envelope to the GSO Procurement Office in Bangkok. The deadline for receipt of proposals is 16:00 hrs. Bangkok local time, on January 21, 2025. No proposals will be accepted after this time. No electronic proposal submissions shall be accepted. The pre-proposal conference has been scheduled on December 9, 2024, at 09:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time) at the U.S. Embassy Bangkok. Prospective offerors/quoters must provide company’s name, participant names, email address and mobile phone numbers to email: BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov by December 3, 2024 at 16:00 hrs. (Bangkok local time) for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in writing to Daniel T. Brockman, Contracting Officer, email: BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov. Questions must be written in English. Closing date for question submission will be on December 13, 2024 at 16:00 hrs. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with 4 (four) one-year options and one (1) six-month option, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. The Government is planning a virtual pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be announced in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
