Electronic submission will not be accepted. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. In addition, the offer shall include NDAA Certifications as required in FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25, and FAR 52.204-26. A pre-proposal conference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 10:00 hours at GSO conference room on fifth Floor, GPF Tower A, 93/1 Wireless Road, Khet Pathumwan, Lumpini, Bangkok 10330.
