The requirement is for providing Health Insurance (RFP# 19TD55-21-R-0001) to locally employed staff of the U.S. Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago. The estimated number of employees is one hundred and four (104) of which 32 are single, 12 are married plus spouse, 6 are single plus one dependent (child) and 54 are family (3 or more individuals). Please note that these are estimated quantities. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four (4) one-year option periods. The successful offeror shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a proposal pursuant to FAR provision 5.207.
