The Consulate of the United States in DUBAI, UAE is seeking for services of a contractor to provide Janitorial Services for the US Consulate in Dubai including interior and exterior cleaning. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference for the purpose of answering questions concerning this solicitation on Wednesday July 31, 2024 at 09:00. Instructions on how to participate in the conference are provided in the solicitation document and its cover letter. The deadline to submit proposals via email to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov is on or before 16:00hrs local time on Tuesday 03 September 2024. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The Consulate of the United States in DUBAI, UAE will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (Sam.gov) website when it is available. Janitorial Services for the US Consulate in Dubai including interior and exterior cleaning. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussion per FAR 15.306(c), the resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be mentioned in the solicitation.
