The requirement is to obtain gardening maintenance services for the U.S. Embassy compound, the residences of the Ambassador and the Deputy Chief of Mission of the U.S. Embassy, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The services are in all designated spaces including. Estimated total of the gardening services area is 10,478 square meters. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the beta.SAM.gov. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective quoters are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at the above web address.
