The purpose of this indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity / unit firm fixed price contract is to provide international and domestic courier services for diplomatic pouch bulk mail. Contractor must collect outgoing packages from the U.S. Embassy, Diplomatic District, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Regular pickups will occur every other Wednesday between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm. If Wednesday is a UAE or American holiday, then pickup will be arranged between the contractor and the U.S. Embassy. Other pickups may be requested when the need arises.
