The Permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks qualified companies to provide short term rental of residential furniture and provision of welcome kit packages for government leased residences in the Geneva area in Switzerland. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is responsible contractor. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. An indefinite delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract will be issued The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference is in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System of Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

The contractor shall furnish approximatively a total of 45 homes per year. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
