The Permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks qualified companies to provide food services. The Contractor shall perform food services work, five days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm for the U.S. Mission Geneva Marine Security Guards. The MSG detachment at U.S. Mission Geneva consists of nine Marines, which would require one cook to prepare 18 meals per day. The Contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel that are necessary to accomplish the work in this contract. Contractor employee shall be on site. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with one one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449. Quotations must include: Section 1 Pricing Section 3, Technical Proposal Criteria Section 5, Representations and Certifications The Offeror shall submit a completed IRS Form W-14, found at www.irs.gov/w14, to ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11; The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System of Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
