The U.S. Mission in Geneva Switzerland has a requirement for a contractor for the installation of buried conduit and restoring of surfaces throughout the grounds of the US Mission compound. The site visit will be held on Wednesday February 8th at 10:00 am at U.S. Mission Geneva Route de Pregny 11, 1292 Chambesy. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the following sections: 1. Standard Form SF-18 2. Continuation to SF-18. Basic information, statement of work or specifications and technical qualifications. 3. FAR Clauses 4. Late quotation rules and evaluation method. The U.S. Mission plans to award a purchase order based on initial quotation to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. The RFQ does not commit the U.S. Mission in Geneva to make any award. The U.S. Mission in Geneva may cancel this RFQ or any part of it. Please read the RFQ carefully, and if you are interested, submit your quotation. Your proposals must be submitted electronically to E-mail address: genevaprocurement2@state.gov on or before, February 27th 2023 5:00pm. No proposal will be accepted after this time. Vendor’s registration in the System for Award management (SAM) is required for this contract.
