The permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva Switzerland seeks qualified companies to provide preventive maintenance for its chillers installation. The United States Mission in Geneva requires annual preventative maintenance services performed by technicians at the Secret classified clearance level, to provide routine maintenance to the PCC Chiller and Compound Chiller. Technical personnel will only perform maintenance on the chiller equipment. Technicians will not have access to controlled spaces within the communication center (PCC). These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award,with four (4) one-year options. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in thecompetitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System of Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal ofquotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
