The Permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks qualified companies to provide Provision, Installation and Maintenance Services of residential Alarm Systems for residences located in Geneva and its vicinities.. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered using FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity Contract. The Mission will conduct an on-site pre-proposal conference on June 7th 2022, at 2:00pm, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. See section 3 of the attached solicitation. All contractors must register in the SAM (System of Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland, intends to release a Request for Quotations: Provision, Installation and Maintenance Services of residential Alarm Systems for residences located in Geneva and its vicinities. The estimated quantity of alarm system installations is 20 per year and maintenance is 140 actions per year. An Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract will be issued. The anticipated performance period is one base year and four optional renewable periods of one year each, at U.S. Government discretion. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in certain periods. System of Award Management registration (https://www.sam.gov) is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors should initiate their registration prior to submitting quotations.
