The Permanent Mission of the United States of America in Geneva, Switzerland, seeks qualified companies to provide a short-term disability insurance due to incapacity as a result of sickness or accident to employees of the Government of the United States of America in U.S. Mission Geneva Switzerland. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-33 Section B, Pricing Schedule Section B, Retention Amounts in B.3 Section K, Representations and Certifications. Additional information as required in Section L. The Offeror shall submit a completed IRS Form W-14, found at www.irs.gov/w14, to ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11; The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is responsible contractor.The government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract under which will be issued firm, fixed-price task orders The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference : October 8th 2020 at 2,00pm All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System of Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
