Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Sudan will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation site visit and the date for this site visit will be in the solicitation. “System for Award Management (SAM) requirement: Proof of SAM registration will be required with your submission. An Offeror is required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database at https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation required by FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 4.1102(a). If an offeror is not registered at time of proposal submission, the offer may be deemed non-responsible without further consideration. Therefore, prospective offers are encouraged to register or renew their registration (as required) immediately if interested in this solicitation.
