This project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a hydraulic distribution system in Spain. The contract will be a firm fixed-price award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, potentially without discussion. All contractors must be bonded and possess the required permits and licenses to operate in Spain, providing proof with their offer. Performance of the services is required in Spain. All contractors must also be registered in the SAM database prior to award.
