The Embassy of the United States in Madrid invites interested offerors to submit a proposal for mobile telecommunications services for U.S. Mission Spain. The estimated number of mobile phone lines to be provided is four hundred thirty four (434). The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation by July 2024 to the responsible contractor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, https://sam.gov/content/home, when submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. The guidelines for registration in SAM are available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp.
