The solicitation covers the painting services for the U.S. Mission in Madrid, Spain. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. This service is to be performed at approximately 40 units per year, between offices and residences. The anticipated performance period is for a base year. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The Government intends to award multiple contracts as result of this solicitation. The Government may award the contract/s based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract/s will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provisions 52.204-7.
