The Embasy of the United States of America in Madrid will provide the solicitation to interested companies upon request. The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon intends to issue a solicitation for hotel services for the Management Officers Workshop to be held in Barcelona, Spain in the fall of 2023. Contractor shall provide meeting space, sleeping rooms and package services during the workshop from Monday through Thursday of the week of the conference. The selected hotel must be located within 10km from US Consulate in Barcelona. The government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without holding discussions. The resultant contract will be an IDIQ price type contract. All contractors must be registered in SAM (Sustem for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to proposal submission purcuant to FAR provision 5.207 Electronic submission/responses to obtain the solicitation must be sent to: moyanomx@state.gov This opportunity will allow for electronic responses.
