Dear Prospective Quoter: Subject: Request for Quotations number 19SN1026Q0007 Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to replace the air-condition (AC) cooling system and upgrade the distribution board (DB) in the US Embassy Singapore server room. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all vendors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Singapore. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Singaporean regulations and legalities to operate successfully in the country. Specifically, the Singaporean Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a tax identification number and fulfill tax obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a quotation. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. The submission should be in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, not exceeding 30MB.
