Residential Apartment Condition Inspection and Reporting Services – U.S. Embassy Singapore
The U.S. Embassy in Singapore intends to solicit an IDIQ contract for independent residential apartment condition inspection and reporting services at Embassy-leased properties in Singapore, with the solicitation to be released on SAM.gov when available. Work will be ordered through task orders as needed and may include visual and functional inspections after landlord rectification/renovation, defect identification and documentation, high-resolution photos, and detailed condition reports. The portfolio is approximately 120 apartments ranging from 1,200 to 3,600 square feet, though this does not guarantee inspection quantities, and the anticipated performance period is one year with no option periods. The Government may award based on the initial quotation without discussions. Contractors must comply with SAM registration requirements, obtain all required Singapore licenses, permits, registrations, and authorizations, and independently assess local legal, regulatory, employment, labor, and tax compliance; the U.S. Government will not assist with local approvals or host-country compliance matters.
