The U.S. Embassy Singapore anticipates a requirement for routine swimming pool maintenance services at its Singapore location under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The anticipated period of performance is one base year plus four one-year option periods, exercisable at the Government’s discretion. This is a planning notice only; the solicitation is not currently available and will be posted on SAM when issued. Prospective offerors must be registered in SAM and must possess all required local licenses, permits, authorizations, and comply with applicable local labor, safety, and tax laws. Performance will take place in Singapore.
