The U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to issue a solicitation for the purchase of two passenger vehicles. Performance of the contract will take place in Singapore, and vendors must possess all required local licenses and permits to operate there. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles meet all Singaporean regulatory requirements for safety, emissions, registration, and lawful operation. The Government may award a firm-fixed-price contract based on the initial offer without discussion. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting a quotation.
