This is a pre-solicitation notice for anticipated specialized residential cleaning services at the Chief of Mission Residence in Singapore. The anticipated performance period is one base year with four one-year option periods, and the contract will be Firm-Fixed Price. All performance will take place in Singapore, requiring vendors to possess all necessary local licenses, permits, and authorizations to operate legally there.
