The U.S. Embassy in Singapore is seeking information from companies capable of providing a large commercial-grade outdoor holiday tree, at least 26 feet tall, for purchase and long-term ownership by the U.S. Government. The tree must be suitable for repeated annual use in Singapore’s tropical climate, include commercial-grade lighting and decorations in a red, white, and blue theme, and be compatible with the local 220–240V electrical supply. Responses can propose either a tree purchase alone or a complete turnkey solution that includes design, delivery, installation, and maintenance. The Embassy anticipates displaying the tree during the 2026 year-end holiday season, with delivery or installation required before November 15, 2026. Performance of services would be at the U.S. Embassy in Singapore.
