The Embassy of the United States in Singapore will launch the solicitation on the SAM website when it is available. The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore has a requirement for courier services for VISA Applications at respective Embassies within Singapore The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning to hold a pre-proposal conference and the date for this will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotation. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/gsafsd_sp.
