This is a pre-solicitation notice for providing medical insurance services to approximately 209 locally hired employees and 591 eligible dependents of the U.S. Mission in Sierra Leone. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in March 2026. The contract will have a base performance period of twelve months, followed by four one-year government option periods. Services will be performed at the U.S. Embassy Freetown in Sierra Leone, and all financial proposals must be in Sierra Leone Leones. The contract will be firm fixed-price and awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
