The Contractor shall perform gardening & Landscaping services at two locations; Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) and Embassy Site, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, for the U.S. Freetown. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy in Sierra Leone will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at https://www.sam.gov SAM registration is required at time of offer submittal in accordance with FAR 4.1102(a). Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register immediately if interested in this procurement. Offerors not registered at time of proposal submission may be deemed non responsible and not considered. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
