The Embassy of the United States of America in DAKAR invites you to submit your quotation for the preventive maintenance service to Backup Generators System as per the specifications provided in Section 1 - The Schedule. If you are a qualified firm and wish to submit an offer, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Offers are due by May 7, 2024, at 12:00 noon (local time). No offer will be accepted after this time. Offers must be in English and incomplete ones will not be accepted. Your quotation must be submitted separately one technical and one financial in a sealed envelope to the address below: GSO/ Procurement – 19SG2024Q0010 U.S. Embassy Dakar Attn.: GSO/ Contracting Officer Route des Almadies Dakar – Senegal Or via this electronic mail address DakarSolicitation@state.gov . All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov at time of proposal submission pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a). Any offeror not registered at that time may be deemed non-responsible with no further consideration. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are available at www.sam.gov .
