Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Senegal will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The Embassy of the United States in Dakar, SENEGAL intends to launch a solicitation for school bus transportation services exclusive to the dependents of the U.S. Government employees within the U.S. Embassy, when it is available. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102(a). Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register immediately if interested in this procurement. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
