Contracting Officer Route des Almadies Dakar Or Via this electronic address: Dakarsolicitation@state.gov In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 Section 1, Pricing Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14 Additional information as required in Section 3 Evidence of SAM registration The offers shall be submitted in separate envelopes (one technical offer and one financial offer). Offers are due by 1200 hours local time on June 7, 2022. No offer shall be accepted after this time. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order/contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable and responsible offer. The award maybe based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov at time of proposal submission. If an offeror is not registered at time of proposal submission, the proposal may be deemed non-responsible and will not be considered or evaluated. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register immediately.
