The U.S. Embassy, Dakar has a requirement for a firm to provide internet services.These provide services shall result in all systems serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation. This award will utilize a comparative evaluation selection process authorized under FAR 13. Anticipated performance is for one base year period and Two (02) -year periods at the option of the U.S Government. The solicitation will be issued via SAMbetaGOV website www.beta.sam.gov and via the public website of the U.S. Embassy, Dakar. No paper copies will be mailed. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing on the SAMbetaGOV website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, materials and transportation that are necessary to accomplish all work required.
