NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Preventive Maintenance service of the U.S. Embassy Dakar, Building Automation System This is not a solicitation. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a single source procurement under NAICS code 561210. The U.S. Embassy Dakar, Senegal will solicit and award a purchase order to Alabama Controls, Inc., DBA Albireo Energy, LLC, to provide Building Automation System Preventive Maintenance service. The estimated period of performance will be for one year, with 04 one-year options to be exercised at the USG’s discretion. This contract will be under NAICS code 561210 to Alabama Controls, Inc., DBA Albireo Energy, LLC - 6900 Highway 180 – Gulf shores – AL 36542 - USA This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. For this requirement, Alabama Controls, Inc. is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Embassy Dakar requirements. This service will be provided in Dakar/Senegal. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
