Description: (Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.) The U.S. Embassy, Dakar has a requirement for a firm to provide pouch customs clearance and deliveries as described in the solicitation. These provide services shall result in all systems serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. Anticipated performance is for one base year period and four (04) one-year periods at the option of the U.S Government. The solicitation will be issued via SAMbetaGOV website www.beta.sam.gov and via the public website of the U.S. Embassy, Dakar. No paper copies will be mailed. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing on the SAMbetaGOV website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SamBeta Gov website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, materials and transportation that are necessary to accomplish all work required.
