In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and the option years. The U.S. Embassy, Dakar has a requirement for a firm to provide preventive maintenance services on its facility’s Backup Generator System as described in the solicitation. These services shall result in all systems serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. Anticipated performance is for one base year period and four (04) one-year periods at the option of the U.S Government. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps website www.fbo.gov and via the public website of the U.S. Embassy, Dakar. No paper copies will be mailed. The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing on the FedBizOpps website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation.
