Water treatment of HVAC water systems services
The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town seeks HVAC water treatment preventive maintenance services under a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 10, 2026, at the Consulate located at 2 Reddam Avenue, Westlake, Cape Town.
