The project involves the installation of various components to enhance the security and monitoring capabilities of the residence. The detailed requirements are as follows: 1. Requirements. The following requirements must be met: Axis Camera Station (Recorder)** Install with a 4TB Hard Drive Include 8 Axis IP Camera Licences 32” LED Colour Monitor** Install wall-mounted monitor in the CCTV Control Room Camera Poles and Plinths** Install two 6 metre Galvanised Camera Poles Construct Concrete Plinths in the Garden Axis IP 2MP Bullet Cameras** Install four cameras with Vari Focal Lenses Two cameras on Tennis Court Floodlight Poles Two cameras on new Camera Poles Outdoor Waterproof Enclosure Boxes** Install four boxes mounted on each Camera Pole Wireless Transmitters** Install four transmitters to send camera signals to the CCTV Control Room Axis 4 Port Poe Network Switches** Install four switches in each Outdoor Enclosure Box Wireless Receivers and Network Switch** Install four receivers Install one Axis 8 Port Poe Network Switch to receive wireless signals and manage cameras in the CCTV Control Room Installation, System Configuration, and Operator Training** Include comprehensive installation System configuration Operator training for effective use of the system 2. Contract Details. The purpose of this request for offers is to award a purchase order to the qualified vendor who provides a quote that credibly addresses the requirements identified in the above specifications of requirements and is the lowest priced of all technically acceptable offers. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. 3. Interested Vendors. All prospective contractors must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the security and surveillance industry. This experience should include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems like the requirements outlined in this RFQ/Synopsis. (References must be submitted with your offer).
