The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will post the solicitation on the SAM.gov website once it is ready. The expected contract period includes a base year, with an additional one-year option period if exercised by the Government. All qualified sources are invited to submit quotations, which will be considered. The Government plans to award a contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without further discussion. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price agreement. Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov at the time of submitting a proposal.
