The contractor must visit the site in order to verify the requirements prior to the project start date. The Contractor shall prepare a detailed quotation of the upgrades they plan to complete and the cost of the materials and labor to conclude the project. The Contractor shall provide the quotation (in English) to the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (RSO COR) for review as soon as the Task Order has been issued. The Contracting Officer and RSO COR must approve these general instructions before the work is performed. The Contractor shall complete all work and provide labor and materials required for all the named security upgrades. A qualified construction and technical Contractor must perform all work.
