Please not that we have released the solicitation for the requirements of Travel Management services for the U.S. Embassy, Riyadh and its General Consulates Jeddah and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The anticipated performance period of twelve months and four (4) one year option periods at the option of the US Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The due date of the proposal is October 10, 2022 @1700 Saudi Arabia time. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. The applicable NAICS is 561510 – Travel Management services. The procurement will be procured as unrestricted. The intended period of performance is for one base year and (4) four one year option years from the date of issuing Notice to Proceed (NTP). Telephonic request for the solicitation will not be honored. The solicitation is available via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov. The solicitation issued date is August 24, 2022, and closing date is October 10, 2022. Offeror from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Contractor offering response to this notice should ensure that their System for award management (SAM) data base https://www.sam.gov/portal/publice/SAM is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (561510) is included in the SAM prior to submission of quotation.
