The Contractor shall provide DIA VPN Dedicated Internet and Circuit Leasing Services at the U.S. Consulate General Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The price shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. The Contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services to provide the required circuit as specified in the Solicitation. In consideration of satisfactory performance of all scheduled services required under this contract, the Contractor shall be paid a firm fixed-price for all services. Type of Contract: This is a fixed-price contract. Period: The contract will be for a one-year base period from the date of the contract award with two option years.

Scope of Contract. The Contractor shall provide Internet and Circuitry (DIA) services for multiple circuits with different bandwidths at the Consulate General of the United States of America in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and Two one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation is not ready yet and will be issued via SAM.gov Please see the RFP for the actual date. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from the solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
