The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at the monthly rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing elevator maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, parts, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit and VAT (if applicable).
