The contractor shall complete all work, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contract for stated services within the time specified herein. This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement with fixed service charges. The fixed price listed below shall include all labor, materials, overhead, and profit. The BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) will be for three (3) years. Services shall be ordered and billed through BPA Calls.
